Guide to transferring product & order files to the Mobiplus Recommendation Engine platform

File naming


The naming of CSV files should be specific for CSV miscellaneous files related to products & orders.

Specifically, the CSV file of orders should follow the following pattern: 

URL-ESHOP_ORDERS_DATETIME.csv


Example: demoeshop.gr_ORDERS_15072022_1856.csv



Specifically, the CSV file of products should follow the following pattern: 

URL-ESHOP_PRODUCTS_DATETIME.csv


Example: demoeshop.gr_PRODCUTS_15072022_1856.csv



Uploading files

To upload the 2 CSV files related to Order & Products you need to follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://upload.mobiplus.co/
  2. The following image is displayed:
  4. Click on the [ + ] icon and select the 2 CSV files:

  6. Click Open and then the platform informs you that 2 files have been selected for upload:
  8. Click Upload and the transfer process starts:
  10. Upon completion of the transfer, you will receive a notification message on the platform:

  12. Congratulations you have completed the process!
